  2.                          SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

  5. This file, LICENSE.DOC, describes the terms and conditions by which
  6. Robinson Technologies, Inc. (hereby known as RTSOFT in this document) will
  7. license other parties to distribute this software program which is intended
  8. solely for distribution as "shareware" (the "Program").  No use, reproduction
  9. or distribution of the Program, or of copies of the Program, is authorized
  10. except in compliance with the terms and conditions set forth below.

  12. The Program is protected by copyright in the United States, as well as in
  13. other countries pursuant to international treaties. Robinson Technologies, Inc.
  14. is the exclusive worldwide licensor of the Program, and the copyrights and
  15. other proprietary rights there in. The Program is intended solely for
  16. distribution as "shareware" (i.e., "try-before-you-buy" software);
  17. it is NOT public domain or free software or "freeware". RTSOFT
  18. encourages distribution of the Program in accordance with the provisions
  19. of this Software License Agreement.  Any use, copying or distribution of
  20. the Program, or of any copies or elements thereof, that is not in compliance
  21. with the terms and conditions of this Agreement is prohibited.

  24. RTSOFT authorizes distribution and/or copying of the Program
  25. only in accordance with the following terms:

  27. 1.   RTSOFT shall be credited as the owner of the Program in all distribution
  28.      of the Program (which shall include, without limitation, packaging,
  29.      documentation, catalogs, program descriptions, advertising, promotion
  30.      and public relations).

  32. 2.   The Program shall be identified by name and shall be expressly
  33.      identified as shareware (and not identified or described as "free
  34.      software", "public domain software", or the like) in all distribution.
  35.  
  36. 3.   You may copy and/or distribute the Program only in its original,
  37.      unaltered form, with all files included unmodified, and without
  38.      making any additions, modifications or deletions except as provided
  39.      in this paragraph.  You may not modify the Program or any of its
  40.      files, and the Program must be distributed as a complete package.
  41.      You may not change, delete, merge or rename any files or elements
  42.      of the Program in any manner, and you may not add any files or new
  43.      elements (except for installation routines which do not interfere with
  44.      the proper operation or installation of the Program).

  46. 4.   You may not remove or alter any copyright or trademark information
  47.      on the Program, and you must take reasonable steps to protect the
  48.      copyrights, trademarks and other rights of RTSOFT in the Program.

  50. 5.   RTSOFT reserves the right to update the contents of the
  51.      Program and/or its associated files, documentation and/or other elements,
  52.      at its discretion from time to time, without the consent of, or any
  53.      obligation to, any licensed users or distributors.

  55. 6.   All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by
  56.      RTSOFT.

  58. 7.   You will hold RTSOFT from and against any and all claims,
  59.      actions, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including
  60.      reasonable attorney's fees) arising directly or indirectly from your
  61.      acts and omissions in copying and distributing the Program (including
  62.      without limitation from any installation routine that you may add).

  64. 8.   You may distribute the Program on CD-ROM *ONLY* with written or email
  65.      consent from Seth A. Robinson. (sethable@rtsoft.com) (we'll say yes
  66.      unless it's on a porno cd or such)
